Mijn Klacht:
First I had problem at the access point where I was told that they do not have the package.On UPS track&trace it clearly stated that the package is at the access point.I phoned UPS and ask to look for the package but they did not respond to my request for a week. After phoning them 100s of times, I was told that the package is lost and I have to ask the sender for refund. I am furious that it took this long to know the fact that it got lost and I have to ask the sender for refund which in their system the status of the item is Delivered..I wonder how is it possible to work so unprofessionally …Why don’t UPS refund me.They are responsible for the loss..
Gewenste Oplossing:
They should quickly solve this problem and find the package or find the cause of this problem.
