Hello UPS, it’s evident that you’ve used my card credentials by copying the numbers on it and bypassed the card security. It’s ed by my bank so please don’t lie.
I blocked my card by my own decision, that’s true. I’ve made this decision because my card credentials were been compromised and used by UPS NL and I saw no guarantee that this won’t happen again, my bank also recommended the same, they are aware about this problem, UPS NL did the same with other customers too.
I have no objections about the extra charged amount, only the method how it was being collected, UPS NL used my card as a self service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm asking again for my compensation: Ridderkerk Rietvink - Hamm (D) Janssenstraße - Ridderkerk Rietvink distance: 528 km ~ 6 hours drive
528km x €0.19 €100.32
6 hours of my time €50
Alltogether (rounded down) €150
And I didn't count the time with endless communication to UPS NL by phone and email (beware! I have all call records about the lies and passing around departments, also I have all the emails, so pointless to deny anything)
If you still don't want to co-operate and think that my request isn't upheld I would like to know which government body is regulating UPS NL and which company issued ISO certificates to UPS NL.
