Mijn Klacht:
On 24/12/22 I spot a card transaction on my bank account with a beneficiary of UPS Netherlands followed by a parcel sending a week before. I tried to contact UPS NL, since then they ignore me or passing my request around departments over the phone or email. Just a week ago they told me that the parcel was bigger than it should, that’s why they charged me. I blocked my card due to compromised and used credentials, and ordered a new card from my german bank. As I’m living in the Netherlands but banking in Germany, I needed to pick my new card up from my german residence which is around 250 kms away from my home. That cost me time and fuel which I require to be paid by UPS NL, it cost me alltogether around €150. From UPS side nobody answers to my request.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to get paid for my time and fuel.
