Where should I begin to explain how bad this company is to serve their customers. My problem began on 2nd May when I was supposed to receive my package in a UPS Access Point. I checked on my tracking code but found it weird that they said the store was closed. I called them in the afternoon and a man told me that someone from the Netherlands warehouse would call me in an hour. An hour later, a lady called and I told her to change the delivery address to my home address instead. She changed it and said the package would be delivered today (3 May) before 10 AM.
Today, the package didn’t come at all. I called UPS again at lunchtime, explained the problem, and a man just said “Just wait until 7 PM, if you come home and receive a letter it means UPS was reaching you”. He also told me “if you haven’t received it by 7 PM, call us again, we open until 10 PM today.”
Well my package didn’t come by 7 PM so I tried calling them and turned out the customer office was already closed. Why did the man give me wrong info about their opening hours? After telling my problem through Twitter and Facebook, someone DM me on Twitter and she said that when the lady made a request to change my address yesterday, it was only ed today, so I should expect my package to be delivered on Monday morning. And when I asked her what if I hadn’t got it by then, who should I complain to, she answered “We don’t have a complaint department.”
seeing this website with lots of complaints and negative points about UPS, I think they have to make one.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Not yet satisfied. I will be satisfied when I get my package.
