Een klant heeft een klacht ingediend bij UPS met de titel "Test 1". De inhoud van de klacht lijkt niet gerelateerd aan de dienstverlening van het bedrijf, maar bevat een zin die verwijst naar het weer. Deze klacht is inmiddels opgelost.
