Een klant heeft een klacht ingediend over de vertraging van een pakket dat sinds 24 december bij UPS is. Ondanks een geplande levering op 29 december, werd de status van het pakket op de dag zelf gewijzigd naar 30 december, waarna de klant te horen kreeg dat de levering was verplaatst naar een moeilijk bereikbare afhaallocatie. De klant is ontevreden over de communicatie en de keuze van de afleverbesteding.

Mijn Klacht:

Since the 24 December UPS has my expensive package. I understand holidays and all of this but the delivery was set to wednesday the 29.december so I waited all day long at home to see in the night that the status of the package updated to delivery on the next day 30th. At the morning from the 30th my package finally left Eindhoven but like half an hour later I got a message that the Delivery time changed considering they couldn’t deliver because of closing times during holidays. I thought I didn’t read correct but ups took it upon themselves to change the delivery from my home address to a inconvenient small pick up store which has almost never opened ( Mondays Tuesdays , and Sundays closed ). But funny enough even at this acces point UPS could have still delivered because the 30th was not a holiday like they said. I tried to change it back to my home address but it doesn’t go so how come you decided for yourself that you change the arrival destination of my package ? I finally managed to put it via MyUPS to a different pick up point ( home delivery still not available) which has normal opening times but UPS doesn’t show this change just still the same information that it gets dropped off somewhere else but I received an email ing the change .Now we have a week later and the status of my package still didn’t change update or anything. I don’t want to wait another week especially for such an expensive item. Why is UPS service soooo bad? Normally I get also packages from ups but to my door without problems now it seems almost like the parcel is lost. Awful service

UPDATE: after checking myself again the track and trace I saw it got delivered to a Acces point ( not the one to which I changed it after they choose a random drop off point ). I called the Acces point where it says it’s delivered because I wondered how come because the store is Mondays closed. The women working the Acces point was surprised because she is closed since a week and no parcel arrived there. Then I checked the proof of delivery at the UPS side and there I see that it doesn’t say the name from the Acces point like it does above but it states a privee name without any further address or information. So I gladly would like to know where my rlly expensive package lays at the moment , because it’s definitely not a pick up point.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Deliver my package asap !
Solve the mystery location of the package.

4 jaren geleden - No that's the whole point . Its not ! at Judith's bloemstijl I called the store they have closed for a week. The proof of delivery said it's delivered at Crombach. Who is Crombach ??

4 jaren geleden - Its not understandable for me that you can't figure out where the parcel went. Contact the driver who dropped it off today at 13:42 at Crombach.
