Klacht over UPS: No update and whereabouts abo…

Mijn Klacht:

For the last 1 week, I have been trying to contact UPS to get clarity on my package. Every time I call I get different answers from representatives. I have also been personally to the ups facility in Eindhoven and they say that your package is not ready – Nothing else.

There is no explanation for where this package is, why its being delayed and when it will be delivered.

The local depot has never called me back.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I get my package delivered.
