Mijn Klacht:
After sending a package with 3 copies of invoice attached, ups says missing invoice casus delay.
Try to contact ups many times, ups asked to send the invoice by mail but there is no reply for days.
Can you provide a clear working email that not everyone has so much time to call you, sometime you need to call so many time to solve a simple problem
This missing invoice issue is continue so far…
Gewenste Oplossing:
provide a working email that the missing invoices can be sent to ups.
