does someone have enough dignity to tell me my package was lost and nobody knows where is it?
I’ve been calling every single day since 13 of FEB, because I have received a letter in my post box saying I was not at home.
Since then I have called every day and every time I was told I will get it on the next day.
13-14-15-16-17-18 feb everyday same story.
on 19, I received information that my address is not correct, How come? if there was someone next to my door on day 1 to leave a note?
I called in 2 minutes and they told me they have corrected the address and i will get a package in 1-2 days.
19-20 passed without any attempt of delivery
I called on 21 after putting me on hold all together for around 1 hour listening to music a manager spoke to me. He said he will do an investigation and he will call me in 2 hours.
this 2 hours never happened and i didnt get any call,
On friday i went to pick up the package myself the pickup point was closed i called since 14.20 and i have been placed on hold to speak to manager till 15.40 in totall 3 times
and apperantly your managers are busy all the time.
they have got my phone number and promised me i will get a call back from a maager on friday, which of course didnt happen.
on 26 yesterday i went again to pick up my package and there was no package there, they scanned my code they asked for my name and there was no package there for mer.
again i called you and of course no one has a clue about it and i have been placed on hold to speak to a manager for 4 times in total above 20 minutes each so after 2 hours i gave up.
today again i called to ask where is my package i have been placed on hold for 10 minutes and i was informed manager is busy and they will call me back,
Does this manager exist at all or is it just a ghost?
I spend more than 50 EUR now just to call you and being placed on hold
I want to till official complain as it’s not the way to deal with a customer,
14days delay of my package, no one knows where is it, false promising that i will get it next day, False info on your website my package is not at pick up point, putting me on hold for more than 30 minutes, promising a manager will call me back which never happen
all and all its not nice way to treat your customer, at least have courage and dignity to mention you lost my package.
Gewenste Oplossing:
First to get my package
second i need compansation for all my phone calls and 2 times i went to get the package
and all the fraustration for 2 weeks in row
