Mijn Klacht:
This is a complaint regarding multiple false delivery attempts and repeated delays for my package (Tracking Number: 1Z07R352D909711136).
Timeline of events:
August 12 – Scheduled delivery (12:00–16:00). I stayed at home for the whole day, but no one came. Tracking falsely stated “receiver not available.”
August 13 – The same issue occurred again. Before the delivery window even began, tracking already showed “receiver not available,” although I was at home all day.
On August 13, I filed a complaint. UPS replied by email, ing that the driver did not attempt delivery. I was told the package would be delivered on August 14.
On August 14, I stayed at home waitting for my package again, but the tracking information show Friday (August 15) as the estimated delivery date.
These are clear false delivery reports, which UPS has already acknowledged in writing. This repeated service failure has caused serious disruption to my work and daily schedule.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Same-day delivery today (August 14).
Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
