Mijn Klacht:
Friday a week ago UPS should pick up my package at home between 3 and 7. But unfortunatelly there was no one at 7. When I called the customer service they said he will be already at home and they dont know and cant see where he is, and even dont know if he was still coming to my house and pick it up, which made me wait for another 3 hours for no one to come. When i asked if they can pick it up on saturday they said that was not possible so it will be monday. I told the agent I dont agree with that because I paid a 42 euros, while shipping on monday has costed me only 17 euros. A difference of 25 euros. I asked if i can get that money back, but didnt get a reaction on that. I never had such a bad customer service in my whole life.. and hope UPS helps with this problem.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Get at least the 25 euros back and a sorry and check what happened on that friday so it can be solved for future transports..
