As I can see at tracknumber 1Z3L9K1T6837539220, it is delivered at streetnumber 56, according to our Terms, the driver is allowed to deliver the parcel at the neighbor, or at an access point when the recipient is not available. I did look up for the manifest and I did not see that a request was made for DDO delivery nor a signature was requested.
Regarding the damage to the package, you would like to create a report on our website, https://www.ups.com/nl/en/support/file-a-claim.page. An employee will then make an appointment with the recipient to inspect the damage. Also ask the recipient to keep the package as original as he or she received it.
Regarding the investigation of the parcel 1Z3L9T2M6820000417. I see that this is closed on January 12 and a claim form is sent to your company.
A request was also made on 29-01 for the correct amount of the value of the package, could you please respond so that this claim can be further processed and completely closed.
