Twee pakketten werden een maand geleden via UPS verzonden, waarvan het eerste pakket beschadigd en aan de verkeerde ontvanger geleverd werd. Het tweede pakket is niet aangekomen en er werd geen handtekening gevraagd, ondanks de verzekering van de pakketten. De klager verlangt een snelle oplossing voor deze problemen.

Mijn Klacht:

We sent 2 packages via UPS one month ago. The first package was completely damaged and also delivered to the wrong recipient without authorization. The second package did not arrive, and the courier did not request a signature despite us insuring these packages. We find it ridiculous that this is happening and want this situation rectified as soon as possible.

Thank you for your mail and I looked up for these 2 track numbers.

As I can see at tracknumber 1Z3L9K1T6837539220, it is delivered at streetnumber 56, according to our Terms, the driver is allowed to deliver the parcel at the neighbor, or at an access point when the recipient is not available. I did look up for the manifest and I did not see that a request was made for DDO delivery nor a signature was requested.
Regarding the damage to the package, you would like to create a report on our website, https://www.ups.com/nl/en/support/file-a-claim.page. An employee will then make an appointment with the recipient to inspect the damage. Also ask the recipient to keep the package as original as he or she received it.
Regarding the investigation of the parcel 1Z3L9T2M6820000417. I see that this is closed on January 12 and a claim form is sent to your company.
A request was also made on 29-01 for the correct amount of the value of the package, could you please respond so that this claim can be further processed and completely closed.

This package 1Z3L9K1T6837539220 is not at number 56 and we have not received it ourselves, as previously mentioned. For this package 1Z3L9T2M6820000417, we sent an purchase invoice yesterday. We have insured both packages and know that up to 1000 is reimbursable in case of loss, as stated on your website. However, we want to claim the full cost.
