I have never had such horrible experience with a courier!
6 November an UPS driver calls me to come down and pick my package. Normally they deliver it to your door. I had to leave my little baby to walk 500 meters to him and get this big package (shoes for the entire family as Christmas presents). He said “I would help you but you look like a strong woman so carry it yourself “. I was in total shock. It was heavy.
Few of the shoes were scratched. Probably damages during delivery. 1 was too small. So I returned them and ordered new ones. UPS was planned to take back the return order and bring the new one. This hasn’t happened for 8 days! I have paid 900 euros and haven’t received the new order yet and respectively return the old one. Their track trace first said “delivery at OTHER” than they never delivered or picked up my return. I was home all the time. No missed call, no one rang my bell. Timberland launched an investigation because they also couldn’t locate the package after talking to UPS. May be I will receive it on Monday 30 November (almost 1 month after my initial order!!!) But I honestly lost hope.
With Furla delivery it says “delivered at UPS point” but it doesn’t say which one. Another 300euros lost! For this delivery I was also at home, no one rang my bell and no one called me.
Not only did I lose 1200eur but my family has no Christmas presents now.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like UPS to :
- deliver packages to my door
- not lose my packages
- not lie that I wasn’t home when i was
- call me before they claim I am not home
- describe clearly where the package is
