You are cheeting your clients! I wanted to use Kiala service when i was redirected to UPS website. It turned out UPS took over Kiala. On the website was offer 4 euro for sending a package which was comparable to Kiala prices. I thought I’ll give a try. After filling in all fields I got the final(?) price for about 7 euro which was almost the same for sending with postnl and I had already all filled in I decided to send with UPS. So I paid about 7 euro with ideal for the label, I sent the package, received confirmation about delivery and though everything was ok. What was my surprise to receive 2 weeks later by post “factuur correctie” for 3,90 euro from UPS! Yes, according UPS I have to pay them 3,90 euro extra as “toeslag voor brandstof”! Well, if I would know that sending with UPS costs me more than 10 euro I would not choose them. I have the feeling that this information, maybe added somewere with mini letters in the conditions, was hidden with purpose to trick people like me. It gives me very bad feeling about UPS and unclear practics they used. You may thought 3,90 is not much, just pay it. Yes, Im angry to waist my time on typing this complaint, but it is about the principles! I saw complaints from other people about exactly the same UPS practics. In example If they send this facture for 3,90 euro to 20.000 people and 18.000 pays, UPS gets 70.200 euro in the pocket! People, dont pay it!

With cancelling this unjustified facture.
