Mijn Klacht:
This is truly absurd and infuriating. I took a day off of work to stay at home and receive an important package. I was getting my coffee on the balcony and I saw the UPS car arriving, I was like: Great! Let me go wait at the intercom. My intercom has a camera to see who is ringing, I am waiting for around 2 minutes and no one comes or calls so I go back on the balcony just to see the car leave. I thought maybe it wasn’t a delivery for me so I just let it be. A few minutes later I refresh the shipping page to see that apparently I was not at home when they tried to deliver the package. Are you kidding me? The driver just stayed in their car for 2 minutes and left, didn’t even bothered to get out of the car and ring the bell. This is also not the first time it has happened but this time it really annoyed me because I was looking at him and actively waiting for this package. UPS, do better.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Just do better. Penalize your drivers that do this sort of thing. Also I couldn't find a way to contact anyone or submit a complain on the UPS website so here I am. Just do better.
