Mijn Klacht:

Very unprofessional, aggressive and unacceptable experience with one of their chauffeurs. He came to pick up a package at the door for which I asked a receipt. He went from 0 to 100 and very aggressively told me that he never gives out receipts, that he has never had such an annoying customer, wanted to give back the package… Called and e-mail UPS to let them know and that I never ever want that man at my door ever again!

Gewenste Oplossing:

Can UPS explain why they wont give out a receipt, seems like common practice.
How will they prevent something like this ever happens again.
And I will never want this person at my door.

Dear Marlon,

Thank you for your message.

We are sorry to hear that you have not experienced the service we would like to provide, we apologize for this.
We thank you for making this known to us and will discuss and improve this internally where possible.

I have created a file to the driver's department to address him about his behavior.
This should not be the case and we apologize for this.

The driver's job is not to issue a receipt, they just deliver the package.
If there was a receipt from the transmitter, they would of course give it to you.
Proof of delivery can always be viewed by entering your tracking number on our site.
You can request proof and receipt of your package from the company where you ordered the package.
We only deliver the package to your address.
If an invoice is included, this will be sent later from the Finance department, the driver has no insight into this.

I trust that I have informed you sufficiently and I apologize again for the inconvenience.
