Dear Receiver,
I trust my email finds you well.
This is to kindly complain about showroomprivee, I have placed an order that costs more than 250 Euros (clothes for my son) to travel during Christmas and the delivery day was supposed to happen on December 11th, however, I have only received part of the order and the imporant part was not yet received. I have sent many emails to their customer service and they are not responding to my emails.
I am really angry because this is unacceptable. I tried to track and trace my parcel and Bpost have ed that the parcel is lost.
I should be grateful if you could help me with this.
