Mijn Klacht:
the restaurant cancelled my order and i never got my refound (1 year waiting)
today the same happened and there are no place in the app to log such a claim
the get help button doesnt help, there are no phone numbers to contact, and i received a notification that i will get charged because i have cancelled the order (not true)
Gewenste Oplossing:
full refound of both orders (on the first one they blame it on my bank)
