Mijn Klacht:
The company cancelled a flight with late notice, just in two days before the flight.
They failed to offer a reasonable replacement. They did not inform properly about the possibility to book a similar flight with another company (we had to call them 7 (seven!) times to get to that point).
After a claim, they only are going to refund a difference in the ticket prices, but are not refunding the original caneclled ticket. So, we are paying twice.
Also, they ignore our claims for compensation (250 to 600 eur depending on didstance) for the cancellation.
Worse as ever.
Gewenste Oplossing:
1) Total refund of the price of the new ticket.
2) Cancellation compensation.
