Mijn Klacht:
I ordered Acana Pacific 11kg (75€) food for my dog last February. After a few days I got it home but it was another flavor from acana but worse quality (49€) which my dog was allergic to.
Regarding to klantenservice: The phone is just not working because they are too cheap to hire people to do this task.
Email comunication was terrible, they were not able to provide a correct link to return the wrong food. And not only that, but the link they provided me was from another customer with all his personal information!!!!
Apart from this, they won’t offer themselves to send the correct food I ordered.
If I could share screenshot of the emails you would freak out how less they care about customers and how they break privacy laws so easy.
After a few days I managed myself searching in google how to return the package to topdierenshop through retourneren.nl with Budbee. The package was picked up the first week of March and still I didn’t get any email from topdierenshop, neither a refund.
I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
