Mijn Klacht:
On 19.10.2018 I have bought a smartwatch with idea of Christmas gift for my husband.
We have exchange the gifts on 25.12 and till this moment I didn’t even open the watch and didn’t checked. It was big disappointment when my husband discovered that the watch os not working. It is not charging and it is not possible to switch on. There is no reaction from the smart watch.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to get the full amount with semding cost and admin cost back.
