Mijn Klacht:
I bought tickets in November for an event on 27th of May. 20 more days and still no official reaction from them. I requested refund, based on the regulation , supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Authority for Consumers and Markets and I got no answer since 22nd of April.
I tried to call the support, but the call is being denied after 30 seconds.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my money back!
