I was very surprised about the email I receive this morning ,informing us that our Beyonce concert tickets for 18/03/2014 will be sent the same day at 02 PM which I found very weird .
Please be reminded that these tickets were paid the same day the sale started around 10am precisely :Deze email is ter bevestiging van uw bestelling op tickettribune.nl. Op 17-12-2013 heeft u de volgende bestelling geplaatst:
Your are informing us NOW that there is a chance that ticket will not be sent on time , that we will be refunded .E S C U S E ME !! when we purshaced these tickets excpensively it was mentioned no where in your confirmation email that we may not get our tickets on time !!!!!!!!!! It’s been almost tree months ! We could cancel them or re-selle them to you like you are promoting it on your website http://tickettribune.nl/page/veelgestelde-vragen

Kan ik mijn bestelling binnen 7 werkdagen annuleren op grond van Wet Koop op Afstand?
Dit is niet mogelijk, de Wet Koop op Afstand is hier niet van toepassing. Het gaat hier om een uitzondering op bederfelijk waar waarop geen herroeping mogelijk is.

– this is a Chrismas gift to my 13 years old daughter who will be “ontroostbaar” if she doesn’t go to her concert .
– In case of no tickets , I have others 2 friends of mine who are attending the concert and baught tickets through another agency, they will check if the seats will remain
” unoccupied ” as evedence .
– failure to do so , I will take the necessary legal action and in meanwhile I am informing the “consumentenbond ” and lawyer about it.
