Mijn Klacht:
It already happened 2 times when I ordered through Thuisbezorgd and 2 restaurants have not delivered my food. When I complained to Thuisbezorgd and asked for the money back, they kindly said that they cannot do anything. According to them, they approached the restaurants and restaurants said that the order was delivered. Even though it was not. So no money back. That is the effort these guys take to prevent customers from being screwed over.
Not gonna order through them again. Would rather give all of my money to a restaurant so these people do not get any commission of my non-delivered food.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Would be great to see more active role of Thuisbezorgd in problem solution. And of course to get my money back :)
