Hi Sarah, As mentioned in the previous message, we have now resolved this. It's important that our members have a great experience.
Just to clarify, the subscription is a subscription. The Full Membership subscription starts with a one week trial. After that it is automatically renewed into a monthly subscription. At any given moment in time members can stop the subscription.
This was stated on the payment page, on the payment confirmation page, in the confirmation email and in the terms & conditions.
You can control your membership settings under [settings] > [subscriptions] on the website. You can uncheck the 'renew subscription' button and your subscription will end.
