Mijn Klacht:
I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago and on the same day of delivery I receive an email saying the delivery was not successful.
I had to ask for the day off from work because Tele2 specifies that I have to be present at the delivery to identify myself. I was at home all day waiting for the order and nobody came. I called Tele2 and they transferred me to different departments and nobody knew what was happening and they didn’t fix anything.
After this error, I had to call the transport company myself because tele2 did not want to take responsibility. I was also unsuccessful because no one answered me.
Also, I had to schedule another appointment because otherwise they would cancel my order, and the appointment is in 2 weeks! I can’t stay without a SIM card for so long because of their mistake.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want Tele2 to bring me the SIM card this week. And if I have to be present to identify myself, let them arrive outside of my working hours.
