Dear Madam/Sir,
I am client of T-mobile for many years (since 2006).
I noticed from today 24/02/2021, that my mobile phone cannot connect to the operator. I also could not see the content of my account on web site. It was working just yesterday and I have not received any notification or warning about my mobile sim-card number due for disconnect from T-Mobile.
So, today I contacted the customer service by phone and they informed me that my mobile number was disconnected since 17-01-2021 due to the reason it was not used for 6 month 30 days. Usually I used for my banking and other official online services (government, Viber, Telegram, Whatsapp, etc) as a two-way security with notification by sms. So all those services will be disrupted for me as a result of the disconnect.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I kindly request to restore my mobile number to avoid unnecessary procedures of physical personal idenfication in COVID times for some of the services I was connected to via my mobile. I am also currently abroad and the disconnect of the mobile number causes a lot of unnecessary work to bring things back to operation.
