Mijn Klacht:
They could not make a working connection work due to faulty equipment at installation with no attempts to troubleshoot the issue at installation, even when ed. This is because their installer is not T-mobile, so they don’t care. KPN came to check the network, and it was fine, because T-mobile is not responsible for the network. It was going to take another month for Guideon to come out to swap out the router, so I cancelled my contract with the promise from their customer service that I would not be charged for cancelling my contract early (even though my contract is supposed to start after service is connected!)
I was then charged 420 euro for cancelling a contract that technically never began and was only cancelled due to the information given by their customer service!
I want my money back, but they are being very difficult, obviously, and apparently the conversation in which I was promised to not have to pay has disappeared from their records (luckily for them they also offer no online chat services, so I cannot keep records for myself easily).
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to be credited for this outrageous charge which was only made due to the promises of their own customer service representatives and the wording of the contract.
