Mijn Klacht:
I bought a new pre-paid telephone from a T-mobile shop on eerste van Swindenstraat in Amsterdam, and recieved a sim card also. When I got home, my sim card did not operate. After numerous conversations on the phone with T-mobile Customer Service, I was informed, I need to return to the shop and have the telephone and sim card checked for its functions. I could have gone to conventional telephone shop and I am very sure, that I would have been more satsified with the product that I bought, as now, my day has been ruined, and I have to sit and wait for the outcome of the conclusion when I return to the T-mobile shop. On this experience, I am doubting to remain with T-mobile, as I am years long a customer as I also have a contract till March 2015.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am without a phone now, and would like a replacement whilst my sim card or phone is being checked.
