To whom it may concern,
After cancelation of my contract, T-mobile has extended it without my permission based on a false claim. They have no proof except a one minute conversation with an unknown person few days after my cancelation! I have tried many ways: I called them many times to reject it. I went to the Delft police station to get a process verbal, but it was not possible, since I have been told that it is not in the police jurisdiction. Furthurmore, I have sent an email and a fax to the T-mobile fraude team to investigate my case and I have been promised several times that they would contact me, but it has not happened. I have visited the T-mobile shop few times, and even though they found this case extremely bizar, they have not done any thing and they advised me to hire a lawer or publicize the case! I have been treated so bad on the phone which hurt me even more than the imposed contract. For me it is not about the money any more, it is just the matter of dignity.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Before any thing else, I want an official apology for all inconveniences and mistreatments. I am not quite sure, it is because of my language problem that I have been treated so poorly or they treat all customers like this!
Furthermore, i want to stop the contract immediately and reimburse the money since i haven't used the sim card any way. I do suggest to donate the money to a charity to show my good will.
