Mijn Klacht:
I have renewed service contract with T-Mobile after 2 years. I asked to give me limited Internet as I am not using much Internet on my iPhone. But to my shock in first month when I am expecting a bill of euro15, I received a whopping amount of euro 196.
On enquiring I found that they charged me 137 euros just for Internet in a month with new contract. I paid more than euro 400 bills/ month but then I used the service; but this invoice shows that they cheated me.
I can have unlimited internet service by adding euro 5/month but on unlimited service T-Mobile is cheating users by extending service after their data usage exceed. They should stop the service when my data usage finished or ask for their permission to continue.
I offered them to change my contract to unlimited internet usage and charge me euro5 extra per month. But after 100 of calls and emails to them, all I got back only threatening letter to pay them the money. And they harass me by stopping outgoing service and keep sending me bills every month to pay.
As I am not Dutch native; I don’t know which channel to use to communicate with them but I found their behaviour very objectionable to deal with long-term customers.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am ready to pay them euro 5 /month extra for unlimited Internet service as on my earlier contract.
