Mijn Klacht:
I am writing this letter to express my utter consternation at extreme bad service level of your company.
Mid February I requested a 1 year SIM only subscription online, at first it seem as if everything is ok. I received a confirmation email and got an email form the Logistics partner to plan a delivery date.
Then everything went wrong:
The contract duration was incorrect 2 years instead of 1, when I complained on several occasions (email and telephone)and after my persistence the Account manager (Adil) sent an email confirming that after activation the contract will corrected to 1 year.
It gets even worse, The Sim card was delivered to me on the 13, on the 23rd my contract will begin and my previous telephone number will be ported. To my greatest consternation, the porting request was never placed to KPN and the TMobile number was not activated as well. 5 days after (27/03/2014) I still don’t have access to my telephone. The worst of it all is that nobody cared to give me instructions on what to expect, even after complaining to Customer Service. The only advice the person I spoke to at the Customer Service could give me is to return the Sim cards back to this Post address: 1672, 2500BG Den Haag.
I hope This complain helps the responsible manager to rethink his Sales Management process.
PS: I use to work for Orange, back this process was better.

I will be happy if this contract is cancelled! Nobody on earth will want to have anything to do with such a company
