Mijn Klacht:
I bought a necklace not longer than one week for girlfriend from swarovski at den haag centrum. ( not recommended shop, if you do want something from swarsoski go to bijenkorf). It accidently broke so I went back to the shop where I bought the necklace. However the sell’s person (man), didn’t even give all the options. Straight away he claims that no refound or replacement because it is not under their disclaimer roles. That was bull. He claims I had to go to other shop to fix their product. After that I contact the swarsoski customer service they claimed it is under the replacement role. But then he says ordering online or at shop has different rules. Is swarovski one company? After all the discussion I went to bijenkorf swarovski, the seller there fixed it for me straight away. How is that possible? Really bad experience with swarovski den haag centrum. Better go to Pandora or something, Cause swarovski is not trust worthy.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Better customer service for refound or repair.
