Mijn Klacht:

We called the king locker to have a new door lock installed, the guy on the phone presented some lock prices starting from 85 till 600 euros, we agreed on the 120 euro lock. He sent a greek guy ANDY which placed it and then gave us an invoice of 509 EUROS!! we told him no, that is not what we agreed he replied that if we want it to be placed down we would still pay the installation price and his transport (189159 euro 30 euros) and that he wouldnt even place the old one back! ridiculous! he forced us to pay with intimadation and told us that now our house is in danger. We paid like stupid because he was insisting with intimidation! we called his manager he literally told us you paid so go fck yourself don’t call this number anymore!. the door does not even close properly and stays open if we do not lock with the key. its outrageous! none of them picks up the phone. they have 3 different numbers and none of them picks up the phone anymore calling themselves The King locker 247. Be really careful and do not use this company. Asked for juridical advise whoch told us that because they are rude and not cooperative, only solution is court.. Lesson well learned for us..but still want to help future customer that would consider this ridicoulous company.

Gewenste Oplossing:

we expect the company to apologies for their behaviour and language- and place the locker we actually agreed on.
