Mijn Klacht:

I have purchased two suitcases and paid express delivery costs of €22.99 ( express service). There was no other option provided by the web shop for the delivery of the purchase, only the express service option.
The delivery should have been done two days after the purchase, as stated on the website. I have also received an email, ing that package has been sent.
On the due delivery date, however, I received only one package, containing one suitcase. I am not able to track other package and check on the shipping status.
I am not able to contact showroomprive, either.
Providing that a customer pays for express delivery, an option made mandatory by the shop, then the web shop should abide by its own delivery terms and fulfill its responsibility to customer by delivering on time.

Gewenste Oplossing:

A satisfactory solution would be to receive the purchased item, have contact with showroomprive and receive info as to the reason why it has been delayed.
It would be a good solution to have a discount on the delivery costs, given that the service was not fulfilled.
