Mijn Klacht:
Dear customer service of shop Shein,
Courier didn’t attempt to deliver package to selected address at all. Package was immediately redirected to sender, which I was informed about in DHL application. I don’t understand this behavior. Courier’s tardiness and insubordination has already been reported.
Due to situation, I’m asking you to reimburse cost of my shipment for which I paid in advance. Below I’m sending information about parcel and information that parcel is returning to sender.

Amount which I payed: 64.03 euro.
Please send back my money.
