Mijn Klacht:
I logged a ticket for a repair on my washing machine – (08 January 2023) with cool blue for my Samsung washing machine.
It is 02 March Now and I have still not got any solution.
Cool Blue refers me to contact Samsung Directly (Samsung refuse to assist or escalate as they say the Coolblue should solve the problem).
Both Coolblue and LETME REPAIR that they are waiting on Samsung.
The machine was deemed irreparable (by Letmerepair) and it should be replaced under warranty.
(I have sent all correspondence relating to this to Samsung – but the support staff ignore all service requests)
It is THREE MONTHS without a machine that is under warranty and No-one from Coolblue cares enough to assist.
THREE MONTHS!!!!
(as per advise from Samsung multiple tickets were logged)

Gewenste Oplossing:
Samsung need to complete the paperwork (a work order) for cool blue to replace.
Let me repair have sent the investigative paperwork to Samsung ing the tit can be repaired.
Coolblue apparently can not issue replacement with the work order from Samsung.
Samsung refuses to assist via whatsapp or calls or via emails to the dealer support.
