Mijn Klacht:
Today we wanted to from rotterdam to munic with lufthansa. At the airport it was caos because the flight was opperated by aviapartner. Online check did not work and all screens at rotterdam were not worki g. Passengers got upset and ground personal was just there with 2 people. One passenger to india was waiting for 1 hour 15 an other passenger was not let on the plane because he was a bit upset. Even his the group manager called Marcel did not botter to deescalate. Overall i found it a horrible and unprofessional support at the gate.
One passenger was allmost crying because he was not helped.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Just understand that not the passenger sabotage your system
