Mijn Klacht:

During our weekend stay at Roompot we noticed at the begining of the second night that the children accomodatie number 132 was infested with cockroaches. We saw them in the sleeping room and they were walking on me while I was setting on the bench watching TV. I called customer service and the lady who answered send someone called Adam to help us. This man was in no measure to help us in any way and he advised us to remain the second night as well as was not advisable to leave by cab at night (we came by public transport, we traveled with our 4 years old child and I am severly ill). Adam and the lady from the customers service, although very cordial were in no circumstances to help us. We were left to go in the morning at the reception and they will help us.
The second night me and my husband were unable to sleep and our child woke up at 5 o’clock.
At the reception no person with authority to help us was reachable and we were left worse than before.
Thus after a sleepless night, me severly sick, with a young child we had to call a cab which costed us €300 to go home.
From my side, it costed me a lot of effort to do this weekend with my family and it will take a long time for my health to recover enough to be able to have such a trip again.
If by any means I would have known that I would end up in an accommodation infested with cockroaches (which pose a serious treat to my health) I would by no means have booked and went on this trip to stay at Hof Domburg Roompot.
I request Roompot to fully pay back my stay including the 3 sets of bed sheets and to pay the taxi trip we were force to make home. I will not request back the other expense I had to incur because of this trip (costs of travelling to Hof Domburg, cleaning products to clean the dirty accommodation and so on)

Gewenste Oplossing:
