Couple of days ago I received the last herinnering with an invoice kenmerk 233803506 for a product I’ve never received. Since December I contacted both kijkshop and Afterpay several times but my case remains unsolved. Meanwhile, I’m getting herrinerings with extra costs for something that Kijkshop haven’t actually sold to me.
24th of Nov I placed and order via kijkshop app. The item I ordered hasn’t been delivered, nor any proof of shipment has been provided. Kijkshop ignored all my emails, and now the shop is completely unreachable as it seem to be bankrupt. Therefore, there is no way I can make kijkshop cancel my invoice.
One of your employees explained to me that kijkshop is the only one who can cancel my invoice, but how about a situation like this? Does afterpay just accept any unverified invoice? Isn’t a seller obliged to prove that the order has been processed and shipped? Isn’t there any form of customer protection?
I’m looking forward to solving my case.

I would lile the invoice to be cancelled.
