Mijn Klacht:
We have had a blocked toilet, they worked for not more than half an hour and we had to pay Euro 817.00 straight away. Which is also strange that you had to pay right away, which is not necessary at all. We moved to the Netherlands recently and this is the first experience we had of the household work carried out. This this a fraud company and everyone needs to be aware of this. On top of that, the toilet is still leaking! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY – THEY ALSO SEEMS TO HAVE 4 OTHER WEBSITES.
Gewenste Oplossing:
There wasn't any solution at all - they refused to help us in the matter nor would they consider refunding.
