Een klant van Rijless.nl heeft herhaaldelijk problemen ervaren met de rijinstructeur, die ongeveer tien keer lessen heeft geannuleerd. De instructeur verscheen soms niet en vergat regelmatig afspraken. Toen de klant om hulp vroeg, kreeg hij te horen dat hij het contract moest annuleren en naar een andere rijschool moest gaan.

Mijn Klacht:

The driving instructor canceled the lessons about 10 times. Sometimes he did not show up and sometimes he said that he forgot the appointment, and the school told me to cancel the contract and we will not help you. Go to another school.

In addition to our call we agreed that you will ly work on obtaining your theory exam, as with your theory in hand, we can proceed to arrange your driving exam. The good news is that you're eager to complete your training with us, and I am very eager to assist you in achieving that. Please keep me updated on the progress, and I look forward to speaking with you once you have obtained your theory. This way, I can continue with your lessons and we can proceed to schedule your driving exam.
