Mijn Klacht:

Since I received the product (long after i placed the order and they didn’t apologise), I returned it (within the 14 days of receipt) because the product was not the correct one. We have agreed that I should send it back so they can add the features that were advertised and what I paid for. I have confirmation from PostNL that the product was returned and received to the office of Computeroutlet.nl but no one from the company never got back to me saying they received it. I waited for 1.5 weeks and when i called them they started saying that they don’t know about it (which is a lie) and then I said I want my money back immediately because this issue has been going on for already 1 month. They said I should send an email to info@computeroutlet.nl requesting my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. I sent an email on 20 June asking to be refunded to which I didn’t get any response. I tried calling them but they hang up on me. When I got thru to them a week later they said they will look into this. On 3 July I sent another email reminding them – no answer. I tried calling again but no one picks up the phone. On 17 July I sent another email – no answer. I tried calling again but they hang up the phone. In total I have tried calling them about 20 times without any response and already sent 3 emails. This is completely unacceptable and I feel robbed. I don’t have the product and the company is refusing to refund me.I’ll consult with the police and a lawyer.

Gewenste Oplossing:

If I get my money back for a product I don't even have!!
