Mijn Klacht:
Their way of making a profit is misleading young entrepreneurs into signing a ‘strangle’ contract of which RealGen has no obligation of providing any of the services agreed.
What they promise you:
– SEO search terms
– Writing of SEO texts
– Optimisation of landing pages
– 24/7 access to search engine statistics
– Link-building
– Creation/personalisation/maintenance of websites
What they really provide:
– Bureaucracy, inefficiency, and highly time-consuming
– Misleading sales pitch: they don’t deliver the quality results as promised
– Zero growth in any of the search engines or SEO
– Several spelling mistakes on the landing pages/websites
– Irregular responses/replies or no responses at all from their part
The worst of all is that they cannot even do a proper marketing study case. They promise to provide competent SEO keywords marketing analytics research for the google campaigns agreed BUT actually the client provides the SEO keywords the text for the Landing Pages. So basically the client is doing the job of the online marketer specialist. (WTF)
Critical points in their contract (just to name a few):
– RealGen has no obligations to provide any of the expected results of the client (WTF)
– No trial period (which is actually mandatory by Dutch law)
– Cannot be canceled in any way during the contract period, unless you pay a penalisation of at least 2000 euros
– RealGen has the right to outsource the ‘services’ they provide to you, which includes the sharing of your personal data with third parties
– RealGen gives itself the right to don’t provide any of the justified compensation for any damage their incompetent/unprofessional services create for the clients (businesses) that have a contract signed with them
Several of their contract terms can even be seen as illegal/misleading according to the Dutch/European consumer laws (e.g. no contract resignation for the client, no trial period, etc.)
Include all of this and their extremely high subscription price with a duration of a minimum of 2 years, and you will find yourself in a nightmare you wish you had never ever enrolled with.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Opzegging van contract en terugbetaling van termijnen van het abonnement.
