Mijn Klacht:
On 5th April I transfered money to my Chinese family and because the omschrijving of the tranferring was wrong, I called bank to change it, they say once the money is transfered, they can not change anymore. So Chinese bank returned the money. Then I called bank via the app, one worker told me that I have to wait at least 10 work days till the money is back in my account again. So I waited and waitied, after 12 working days, I still don’t have my money back even I can see from the bank app that transferring was rejected by the receving bank. But again, where is my money? I called again via the app, the worker can not tell me where my money is and suggest to start a research, but I have to pay for the research. This is none sense, bank is acting like a thief, keeping my money and don’t store back to my account.In the mean time, ask me to pay for starting a reserch. Iam sure that bank already got the money back, because the Chinese bank told me that bank even called them and asked why the payment was rejected.
I hope someone from bank who really knows or have experiences can help me with this. This is not a small amount of money, and I need them in a hurry!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
My money back in my account and shouldn't charge me for reserach.
