Mijn Klacht:
On 16 July, I inserted my Moneycard to Den Helder Shell petrol station’s POS in order to full benzine to my vehicle. However, the payment system directly rejected this transaction. In spite of the fact that it rejected the transaction, the system provisioned 150 Eur from my account. To refund this unused amount to my bank account, I called Moneycard call center many times, but still they have done nothing. Nobody can take initiative for this problem. Moreover, I submit two complaints to Shell Klantenservice, in the end they replied me as: the problem arises from clearing (exchange) transactions that should be done by Rabobank.

For one and a half month, Rabobank have not released my 150 Eur (blocked amount) for an un-executed transaction. Is this normal? When will be this unfairly blocked amount deposited back my bank account? Who will solve this problem, MoneyCard or Rabobank?
Gewenste Oplossing:
Deposit back 150 Eur money back to my card account.
