Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a piece of furniture from them. The box was delivered broken, almost half of the pieces inside were scratched and chipped. I requested a refund and item pick-up. They suggested 30% discount (they consider the damage small the entire furniture is scratched though), or full refund, but I need to somehow ship it back to them and pay for the shipment. The return address is in Italy, shipping would cost me 70 euros. They are just outright scammers! And the quality of the product has nothing to do with what it looks like on the photos.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want a full refund and them picking up the furniture at their expense.
