Mijn Klacht:
I requested that they company send me a link to a cable to purchase for one of their products, as I needed a replacement. They failed to respond for 6 months only responding when I used a new email.
I asked for the cable for free, they said they would not do that. I am not very happy with that.
If something could be done perhaps, that would be great. I have had nothing but problems with PowerOak B.V since I ordered, first a late shipping then no updates.
