Mijn Klacht:
On may 23nd 2014 i have booked and paid for a ticket from Amsterdam to Tehran for my mother in law.
She never received a ticketnumber in her email. As she is a very good client of yours and travels a few times a year to Tehran with Pegasus, she was worried about not having a reservationnumber.
Thats why i called your servicedesk but the lady could not see any reservations made on the name : L. Damircheli for departure september 15th 2014. But the money is send to pegasus! see attachment! So we have paid for the ticket.
They told me they will return my money but that never happend!
Can you please call me or email me about this asap?
If not i have to take legal actions as this is not acceptable.
Please answer me regarding this issue i have mailed and called a few times for.

Gewenste Oplossing:
Reeds gemeld, door Pegasus in behandeling maar kwestie duurt al 2 jaar. Verzoek om afwikkeling binnen 4 weken. Zoniet dan vorder ik naast terugboeking prijs ticket ook een schadevergoeding.
