Ter attention of PayPal customer service
Good evening,
For the past two days I have the biggest stress possible because of PayPal. I sold something via eBay, and no matter how many messages I sent via your message center, all I received is an automatic message. The problem?! I haven’t used the name that is given in my passport. After providing this payment platform of all the documents they needed they decided to block my account.
The only thing that I wanted to change was the name. For the rest, the bank account that the money was always transferred to has always been the same! And how could it be that I never receive a normal answer on an e-mail? But an automatized answer?
PayPal seems to only be looking for rent on transactions, even if you provide all the documents necessary, they don’t care. And I, myself work in the customer service… I would never dare to say to a client suit yourself, we have beter things to do or give half answers…. Really disappointed, also because it’s not even about a big amount. 890 euros.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When the money will be on my account in! As soon as possible! I can't afford to wait another 180 days!!!
